Healthy Freeborn County is a community wide-effort with multiple partners including, schools, worksites, healthcare providers and community organizations. We are focused on policies, systems and environmental changes which support the health of our communities. We have one goal in mind and that is to help the residents of Freeborn County live longer healthier lives.
